WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A VENUE RENTAL?

INCLUDES:

 

  • 12 hour Venue Rental 11am - 11pm event day

  • 300+ person capacity 

  • Craven Team member onsite throughout the day to assist with any venue need.

  • Access to all the Wedding and Event Spaces centrally located on the farm. Two barns, gardens, gorgeous views, plenty of lawn space and more!

  • Exclusive use of Vintage Antique and Wedding Decor for you to choose from to enhance your wedding vision.  Shop Now!

  • Multiple Photo Ops throughout the farm to capture your memories.

  • 225 Upgraded whitewashed Chiavari chairs  setup for you in Reception Barn and/or Pole Barn

  • Tables in 72" rounds setup in Reception Barn and/or Pole Barn. Limited to qty on hand.

  • No Hidden Fees

  • Exclusive Professional Catering & Bartending lists. These professional come with full event staffing to take care of bussing, keeping your event running smoothly and more. Check them out!

  • Privacy we only book one wedding a day! As a working farm there may be other activities going on around the property.

  • Flexible use of venue spaces to fit your needs and wants.  You choose between two outdoor ceremony spaces (Garden Room or Corn Room). You choose your cocktail hour space and/or reception area. Not sure what fits your visions? We' are happy to provide suggestions.

  • Getting Ready Rooms complete with charm and style, because your getting ready photos become favorites and your room should enhance you! 

  • Indoor Restrooms in a modern barn style with vintage touches. Wheelchair accessible. 

  • Ample parking  

  • Separate Prep Area for Caterers to use, complete with plenty of counter space, commercial fridge and three compartment sink.

  • Rental Item Storage  

OTHER DETAILS:

  • A $2m event insurance policy from www.wedsafe.com is required with Craven Farm and Chadwick FC, Inc listed as the additional insured. 

  • Weddings at Craven Farm Venue Rates are subject to change at any point. The date your contract is written will set your contract rates and terms, not the date you tour.

  • A $1,000 Refundable Damage Deposit is due 30 days before your wedding date. This is potentially refundable within 10 days of your wedding.

  • We are a beer, wine, champagne only facility. NO HARD ALCOHOL ALLOWED - our ONE exception to this is Signature Cocktails served for one hour only right after ceremonies by our exclusive bartenders Party on the Rocks and Tipsy Trailer.
