** Friday BONUS! For select Fridays, you have the option of adding 6 hours to the day before your wedding to decorate, rehearse with your bridal party, and host a rehearsal dinner on the farm!

  • Tables in 72" rounds (seats 10) or 8ft banquets (seats 8) setup for you in Reception Barn and/or Pole Barn

  • Privacy we only book one wedding a day! (as a working farm there may be other activities going on around the property) 

  • Flexible use of venue spaces to fit your needs and wants.  You choose between two outdoor ceremony spaces (Garden Room or Corn Room). You choose your cocktail hour space and/or reception area. Not sure what fits your visions? We' are happy to provide suggestions.

  • Bridal Room complete with charm and style, because your getting ready photos become favorites and your room should enhance your bridal beauty! 

  • Grooms Room a streamlined handsome Man's Cave just for the men! Plenty of space to relax before the the festivities begin. (Because the groom is so important and should be pampered too!)

  • Indoor Restrooms in a modern barn style with vintage touches. Wheelchair accessible. (Because outdoor ones are not the best...)

  • Ample parking in our gravel lot. 

  • Separate Prep Area for Caterers to use, complete with plenty of counter space, commercial fridge and three compartment sink.


  • A $1m event insurance policy from is required with Craven Farm and Chadwick FC, Inc listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost - approx. $190.

  • Weddings at Craven Farm Venue Rates are subject to change at any point. The date your contract is written will set your contract rates and terms, not the date you tour.

  • A $1,000 Refundable Damage Deposit is due 30 days before your wedding date. This is potentially refundable within 10 days of your wedding.
